Café & restaurant websites. From £120.
Menu, opening hours, allergens and Maps — what people actually search for. Built to load fast and keep you Natasha's Law compliant.
The four things people actually search for
When someone Googles your café, they want: opening hours, the menu, the address on Maps, and ideally a phone number to ring if they're booking a table. That's it. Everything else is decoration.
We build café websites around those four things and put them above the fold. Stories about the founder, sourcing philosophy and the sourdough starter's name go further down — useful, but not what got the visitor to the page.
Natasha's Law and allergen compliance
If you sell pre-packed for direct sale (PPDS) food, you must list every ingredient and highlight the 14 named allergens. The same allergen info needs to be available for your in-store menu.
We build allergen tables into your menu page so they're searchable, screen-reader friendly, and easy to update when a recipe changes. Compliant by default.
Online menu vs PDF menu
A PDF menu is easy to update from your end but terrible for Google and miserable on a phone. We build menus as proper HTML pages — searchable, Google-readable, and updatable from a simple editor.
If you change your menu seasonally, we set up a simple workflow so you can swap items in two minutes. No agency call-outs, no version-control headaches.
Takeaway and delivery integration
If you're on Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat, we embed the order links cleanly. If you take orders direct, we can build a simple "click to collect" form with WhatsApp confirmation. No need for a full e-commerce build for most cafés.
Honest, fixed prices
One-off build cost, then a small monthly hosting fee. No retainers.

Photo tips for café sites
Five great food photos beat fifty average ones. Shoot in natural daylight near a window, slight angle, plate clean, no flash. We'll crop, optimise and place them properly.
If you can spare a half-day for a quick phone-photo session of your best dishes, the difference is enormous. We've seen menu visits double after a photo refresh.
Example: a typical café build
Homepage with hero shot, opening hours, address, menu link and book-a-table button. Menu page with allergen toggles. About page with the team and sourcing. Contact page with Maps embed and parking info. Five pages total, £240, live in a week.
Want fewer pages? See one-page sites. More pages? See 5-page sites.
Local SEO for food
Most café searches are hyper-local — "brunch near me", "best coffee Crawley", "vegan lunch Horsham". We add LocalBusiness schema, opening hours markup, and a Google Maps embed so search engines understand exactly where you are.
Pair that with a properly set-up Google Business Profile (see Google Business Profile guide) and you'll appear in the map pack within weeks.
